Case study – Ivana Tesaĝová

The training agency has prepared a large-scale project for women enterpreneurs over 50 years of age. The objective of this project is to support the professional and personal development of the participants. As part of this project, female enterpreneurs are tested by the ANBE system and subsenquently enrolled in training actions, that would develop them in the field of business and in field of the necessary soft skills. The outputs from ANBE are the basis for choosing the appropriate type of training.

Ms Ivana Tesaĝová is the owner of a company that deals with real estate. She employs two co-workers. She has a very pleasant and friendly demenaour. She cares a lot about clients satisfaction and a good relationship with them.

The tests revealed some strong points, important for her development: high responsibility, persistence, diligence, systematicity, hard work, ability to establish contact, willingness to help, and consideration. On the other hand, she lacks pushfulness, assertiveness, tact, and energy. The main motivating factors for her are good relationships and client orientation.

According to her statement, she mainly does business with her heart and tries to accommodate customers as much as possible. Nevertheless, she complains that the event often does not work out for her or that the competition robs her of a client. Based on the test, we identified the main problem. She is successful in the first stages of sales, when it is necessary to establish contact and understand the customer. However, due to low self-assertion, low energy, and weaker tactics, she does not manage the final stage of the sale, when it is necessary to put a little pressure on the customers. In addition to basic sales skills training, we also recommended self-assertion and business negotiation courses.
