I decided to use the ANBE online system on the recommendation of a friend who is a HR manager in a manufacturing company. It's been a few years now, and since then I've been using ANBE regularly, especially in recruitment for professional and managerial positions. I work as a headhunter and recruiter, and ANBE diagnostics help me get to know job applicants better. Of course, it is not the only tool that I use in recruitment, but it complements classic methods very well – CV analysis, personal interviews, assessment, etc.
In a number of situations, she helped me and my customers when deciding to add a new "right" colleague to the team. That's why I return to it repeatedly and intend to continue using it. It could certainly be used in other personnel activities (development of employees, recommendations for managers for leadership and motivation of employees, knowledge of team dynamics in the work team), but my specialization is recruitment. The benefit of ANBE diagnostics in recruitment is clear to me, and I have also received positive feedback from my customers.
