As a Hyundai company, we use ANBE online tests in particular for testing managerial positions and future talent managers within the Assessment Center.
The tests have proven themselves, they are simple, online, and above all, their results are very valuable to us.
They serve as one of the bases for the overall evaluation of the given individual. They provide us with information about the participant's strengths and wealnesses, an overview of his/her competencies, approach to work and people, their motivation and an overall assessment of personality traits.
Moreover, the advantage of these tests is also that the results are clear, which we use as part of further education, and the participants themselves take it as a kind of feedback and a starting point for further development.
We have been using ANBE tests for a long time and are extremely satisfied.
