We use ANBE system for the selection of managers, salespeople and foremen. Online testing using the ANBE method helped us speed up the process of selecting employees for key positions. There is no fndamental difference in ANBE results in comparison with tests carried out by a psychologist for company practice.
In terms of clarity, the test results are understendable even for a group of people outside the field of human resource management and/or psychology. In case of ambiguity of the results, the company TRAICON training & consulting is our support.
