ANBE – predicts people's behavior

For fifteen years, we have been monitoring actions of people in companies and institutions. We recorded events that had a positive or negative impact on the effectiveness of their work and on the workplace climate. These events gave us the material to form the questions. ANBE personality traits are built on these questions.

Is it possible to pretend in ANBE tests?

  • Of course, it is possible in any test.
  • Many people try to look better in order to be more successful in the job search or in the eyes of superiors.
  • However, in order to prevent this the test participant has to choose from two positive or two negative answers

What if I don't have enough time to fully complete the test?

  • All three tests take a total of 30 to 50 minutes to complete, depending on the personal speed.
  • It is not easy for a busy person to set aside such a long time for filling.
  • Therefore, the system is set up so that the test can be interrupted at any time and returned to later.
  • You only need a computer, tablet or phone with internet connection to fill it out. No special application is needed.

Can ANBE tests predict a person's behaviour accurately?

  • ANBE tests can do this relatively accurately.
  • You can never predict a person's behaviour for 100%. Human is not a machine. Even the most fearful person can show courage in a certain situation.
  • Percentages on graphs show how much we can expect this or that behaviour.

How quickly will I get results?

  • It is important for everyone who makes decisions about people to have an analysis of their personality available in time and to be able to take the necessary next steps – accepting applicants, promoting them to a higher position, or including them in an educational program.
  • You will receive the results in the morning of the next working day after the participant has completed the test.
